Dr. Nina Chaya was elected to the Tri-City Healthcare District Board in 2020, where she has been dedicated to optimizing patient care and advocating for safety and wellness. A Physician Anesthesiologist at Tri-City Medical Center (TCMC) since 2013, she has held leadership roles, including Chairperson of the Anesthesiology Department and the Blood Utilization Committee. On the Board of Directors, she helped secure funding for the Emergency Room remodel, oversaw the construction of the Psychiatric Health Facility, managed the hospital's COVID response, and participated in the search for a healthcare partner.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Chaya is deeply involved in philanthropy, volunteering with Mercy Outreach Surgical Team and organizations like Champions for Health and the San Diego Humane Society. She has participated in pediatric surgical missions in Mexico and led fundraising efforts for Tri-City Medical Center, including chairing the 2021 gala and raising funds for life-saving equipment.
A San Diego native and daughter of Lebanese immigrants, Dr. Chaya discovered her passion for medicine after undergoing spine fusion surgery as a teenager. She earned her pre-med degree from UC San Diego, attended medical school at New York Medical College, and completed her Anesthesia training in New York.

Sandi Cantrell, founder of Concierge Ketamine, brings innovative, life-changing ketamine treatment directly to the comfort of your home—because there’s no place like home for healing.
Sandi, a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience, has spent nearly a decade working with ketamine to treat depression, anxiety, and PTSD. In 2015, she helped open the first ketamine clinic in the Southeast, based in Nashville, Tennessee, and has since administered over 5,000 infusions. Sandi’s extensive medical expertise, combined with her ability to build rapport and trust with clients, has allowed her to witness firsthand how ketamine can save and transform lives. At Concierge Ketamine, she plans on bringing this unmatched expertise into the comfort of your own home, offering the same level of professionalism and compassion that has defined her career.

Tracy Younger, founder of Concierge Ketamine, is a passionate advocate for medical wellness and an avid skincare enthusiast. Her journey in healthcare and aesthetics has naturally evolved into creating new, dynamic approaches to achieving vibrant health and well-being.
As a senior healthcare executive, Tracy was instrumental in establishing one of California’s first hospital-based laser aesthetic centers. At Concierge Ketamine, she uses her foresight in identifying emerging trends and her unique ability to bring together talented professionals, shaping a team that drives innovative and personalized care.

Mini Rattu is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and specializes in Trauma and Stress related conditions and Anxiety disorders. Mini Rattu utilizes evidence-based treatment interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Yoga Psychology.
Mini is also a certified yoga instructor and educator (YACEP, E-RYT-500), psychedelic assisted therapist, mindfulness instructor, and formally trained in Compassion Cultivation and Altruism Research Education (CCARE) and is among the nation’s first graduates of Integrated Yoga Therapy for Qualified Healthcare Professionals (IAYT-Q) from Stanford University’s YogaX program. Dr. Mini aims to include culturally relevant training in her work. In addition to private practice, she also currently enjoys competing in fitness competitions and facilitating health and wellness retreats for corporate and community members, locally and internationally.

Ann MacKenzie is Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and specializes in integrative and evidenced-based approaches to mental health. Ann has provided therapy in a variety of settings including hospitals, residential facilities, schools, outpatient mental health clinics, and private practice. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is Ann’s passion, and she has spent over a thousand hours supporting clients undergoing ketamine treatment. Her clinical specializations include mood disorders, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relationship and family stress, and substance abuse. Ann practices from a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, to support her clients with connecting to their inherent capacity for growth and well-being. In addition to psychotherapy, Ann is a facilitator of holotropic breathwork, and an instructor of mindfulness meditation and somatic awareness. Outside of her clinical work, Ann enjoys practicing yoga, spending time in nature, and staying up to date on all the latest research in holistic health.
